Numa Hotel Boutique

Great spot! The room we stayed in was lovely, the service was great, and the location was excellent! It’s about 2 blocks from Playa 72. There’s an excellent cafe and ceviche spot across the street. I plan on staying here whenever I’m in Playa del Carmen!

Pros: Excellent customer service really helpful staff. They clean the space almost daily and do a great job. It's in a perfect area almost in the center of everything, close to local busses and next to the 72 beach which I enjoyed. Accessable drinking water was nice. All in all I'll definitely be staying her again when I visit again. Cons: If I had to complain the only issues I had was their water filter I think makes noises at night and the outside lights can be annoying depending on where your room is. Not a deal breaker but fyi for light sleepers..

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la playa, un espacio lindo para descansar

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor y las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, tienen una alberca pequeña en el roof top muy agradable para refrescarse. El personal es amable y siempre está todo muy limpio. Te hacen la limpieza del cuarto diariamente.

Really sweetly renovated building. Beautifully coloured rooms. Hot water runs hot! Cute little dipping pool on roof and showers. Good service. Problems were only a loud pump or something that kept clicking on beside our rooms day and night. Blankets were small. Do not recommend for very small children as the stairs do not have railings But excellent otherwise

Excellent place. I really enjoyed my week here at this lovely relaxing place surrounded by trees and birds... also I love the colour and beautiful art in the place. It's very soulful and peaceful. Also a refreshing pool on the roof to take a dip when needed in the hot weather. Great neighborhood with good and affordable restaurants nearby. The staff and owner are very gracious. Recommended.

Lors de mes vacances au Mexique sur le mois de février ,j’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel typique à Playa del Carmen . L’ambiance colorée de l’établissement crée une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante dès votre arrivée. Les chambres sont à la fois confortables et très propres, offrant un véritable havre de paix après une journée d’exploration. Un point fort de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute la gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant et du personnel. Ils se sont montrés très attentifs à mes besoins, toujours prêts à m’aider avec le sourire. Cela a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à mon expérience. Je recommande vivement l’Hotel Numa Boutique pour un séjour à Playa del Carmen .

Muy bonito lugar, muy cómodo y cerca de la playa, lo único que le faltaría es una tv, por qué tiene todos los demás servicios, wifi, agua caliente y fría, a/c y alberca en el piso superior. Estuve 5 días y solo 1 vez me cambiaron sábanas e hicieron limpieza, pero todo lo demás fue excelente.
